Alamo Rent A Car - Terms of use of Electronic Payments

Electronic Payment Methods:
Now your online orders can be paid by credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners and Discover.

Security of Electronic Payments:
All payments made using a card are processed through the "Nexi e-Commerce" electronic payment platform of Nexi Payments Greece S.A. and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Socket Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

Cancellation Policy: 
You do not have the right to cancel your booking under EU law, however, you can cancel your booking at any time for any reason by following the instructions on our website. You will receive a full refund of the total amount of the reservation if you cancel your reservation 7 days or more before the specified pick-up date and time.
• If you cancel your booking less than 3 days before the specified pick-up date and time, we will refund the total amount of the booking minus the lesser of: i) the total amount of the booking, and ii) €50.
• If you do not cancel your booking but do not show up at the rental counter (no-show) or do not comply with the collection conditions as described in these terms and conditions, we will refund the total amount of the booking less the lesser of i) the total amount of the reservation; and ii) €150.
• If you return the car before the predetermined return date in the Rental Agreement, the amount for the unused days is not refundable.

Any refund due will be made to the credit or debit card you used to make your reservation.

Enterprise reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time upon notice for valid reasons including but not limited to: an event of Force Majeure affecting the availability of vehicles, serious breach of the rental agreement by you including failure to pay any balance due for rentals, harassment or other abusive behavior toward employees or customers of Enterprise, its affiliates, licensees and licensees, or your fraudulent activity. In such a cancellation event, we will refund the booking amount.
